Commission on Population and Development (CPD)

Commission on Population and Development (CPD): 23-27 April 2012. The CPD plays the primary role in the follow-up to the implementation of the Programme of Action of the International Conference on Population and Development. It monitors, reviews and assesses the implementation of the Programme of Action at the national, regional and international levels. The Programme of Action is leading to the advocacy work of CHOICE, and therefore the CPD is one of the most important advocacy activities.
