In 2010 CHOICE started cooperating with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) to strengthen our administrative organization and internal control system. The project has led to a restructuring of our financial administration and processes. With this cooperation CHOICE anticipates financial sustainability and better monitoring of the organization. PWC works for CHOICE on an in-kind donation structure. The so-called Administrative Organization and Internal Control (AO/IC) was finished in April 2011 and helps as a supporting tool for the daily management of the organization.
Since March 2011 PwC and CHOICE are also working on a trainings module for our Southern partners to share knowledge on several aspects such as sustainable management, administration of (donor)funding, project reporting and project responsibility. Both (the AO/IC and the trainings module) contribute to the development of sustainable youth organizations and the control of CHOICE funds.
