TAGS: none

In the Convention on the Rights of the Child in 1990, it is established that children have the right to participate in decisions that are relevant to them, for example decisions made on education, within family, and within society. If you want more information on this subject, check out the Unicef website. This right is also acknowledged for youth in international agreements concerning Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights in the International Conference on Population and Development (ICPD) - Programme of Action paragraph 7.43.
