We are happy to announce the launch of our collaborative effort with Plan International: A Toolkit for ''Young People as Equal Partners." This toolkit is designed to empower young changemakers like you (!) who are eager to collaborate with established NGOs and amplify their impact in communities worldwide.
Why a guide for young people?
In a dynamic and ever-changing world, the power and necessity of young people as innovators and change-makers cannot be underestimated. Young individuals possess boundless energy, creativity, and a fresh perspective that can revolutionize the way we address social, economic, and environmental challenges. This toolkit aims to bridge the gap, providing you with the necessary knowledge to navigate the partnership landscape with confidence and clarity.
What does the toolkit cover?
The toolkit covers various aspects, from understanding key terms and documentation requirements before entering a partnership to advocating for fair compensation, anticipating risks, and ensuring sustainability considerations. It guides you through each phase of the partnership – before, during, and after – emphasizing mutual respect, listening, and learning from each other.
